Planned Parenthood is for abortion, they believe that every woman has the right to do with their body as they please. They also believe that everyone should be able to make independent and individual decisions about health and sex.

- Along with the repeal of "Don;t Ask Don't Tell" the people at Planned Parenthood are trying to attach an amendment allowing abortions for women in hospitals in military zones
- They are also trying to endorse a new morning after pill that can be taken up to four to five days after sex instead of the old pill that could only be taken three days after sex.
